We interview subject matter exerts (SMEs) to fill in the gaps where existing content is lacking and to tell a complete and accurate story. Noelle is a former entertainment reporter and has conducted hundreds of interviews. We also realize that learners are unique and have individual attitudes, abilities, and learning styles. Therefore, we use proven instructional design models and adult learning theories in order to accommodate a wide-range of learner preferences. We have used most of the major eLearning tools, and we can discuss the pros and cons of each tool with you so that you can select the appropriate tools for your training toolbox. Then, once you select a tool, we can teach you how to use it to create great looking courses.
