Noelle Archambeau is a learning designer with more than 20 years of experience creating training programs that are effective, engaging, and measurable. She has designed and developed eLearning, virtual classes (vILT), traditional classes (ILT), games, and videos for numerous organizations, including SAP, Aramark, and the University of Pennsylvania. She taught graduate-level visual design and instructional technology courses for Penn State and La Salle University, and she led the eLearning Special Interest Group for the ATD Greater Philadelphia Chapter for three years. Noelle holds a Master’s degree in Educational Media & Computers from Arizona State University.
